UMT Residential College is one of the management components in student development that is responsible for managing student placements and facilities in creating a comfortable, safe and conducive residential environment. The re-branding of the Student College to Residential College begun on 20 August 2020, as it in lines with the proposal of the leadership led by the Director of the Residential College, Associate Professor Ts. Dr. Nik Aziz Bin Nik Ali and assisted by two Deputies, namely the Deputy Director of Residential Colleges (On Campus), Mr. Zulkarni bin Ismail and the Deputy Director of Residential Colleges (Off Campus), Mr. Mohd Yusmiza Bin Mamat

The Residential College has been entrusted with playing an important role as a second learning center for students staying at the Residential College. The Residential College is divided into three important sections, namely the Administration and Finance Section, the On-Campus Residential College and the Off-Campus Residential College. The Residential College will ensure that the welfare and safety of students is a priority for the students’ comfort throughout their stay at the Residential College.
